LEMAX^® LX Searchlights

  Special Forces

The most suitable types: LX Compact with the stroboscope mode for fast special ops. LX2 with the gun mount and remote control.

LX50 - the most powerful searchlight (50W) can be used for long distances with various types of filters (IR filter, black light - UV).

  Police

LX9, LX2 and LX1 - small pocket flashlights are recommended for police forces. 

  Air Force

Recommended types - LX50 and LX Compact. Both types are lightweight and powerful enough to find the cables and other types of obstacles directly from the helicopter.

  Oil industry

All waterproof searchlights (LX Compact, LXS, LXL and LX50) and LX25 are suitable for oil-field service (use). These searchlights have strong bodies with long joints. LX25 - Explosion Proof (Safety Rating: Class 1, Division 2, Groups A-D (all gases) T4A, possible explosive environments to UL 783 standard).

  Security guards

LX50, LX Compact, LXS, LXL and LX9 are suitable for guarding wast properties.

  Fire fighters

All waterproof searchlights (LX Compact, LXS, LXL and LX50) and LX25 are suitable for oil-field service nebo usage (use). Searchlights have strong bodies with long joints. LX25 - Explosion Proof (Safety Rating: Class 1, Division 2, Groups A-D (all gases) T4A, possible explosive environments to UL 783 standard).

  SAR teams

LX50, LX Compact, LXS, LXL and LX25... all HID searchlights can be used. Strong light output together with the long runtime enables searching of lost people during the natural disasters during all night.  A very short charge time (fast charging) together with spare batteries makes it possible.

  Hunters

Strong HID searchlights enables finding of animals for long distances. (IR filter can be used) Small LX2 with the cable remote control ... mounted on the rifle is the most popular solution.

  Divers

LXS and LXL are waterproof up to 100m. LX50 "only" up to 50m. All types can be strengthened. The limit depends on the front glass only (LXS with the front glass 15mm thick has been tested for 24hrs - 200m deep, body limit is more than 400m).

  Cave explorers

Most of the explorers prefer a long run time. LXL type with 280min run time is the most suitable type of searchlight for cave explorers and cave divers. LEMAX  offers (as a special option) to deliver even bigger batteries to enable more than 10hrs run time and supplies spare batteries with the waterproof housing (dry place is needed for replacing of the battery).
