3. Designing of the new product - 3D

4. Discussion with the customer - suggestions

5. Production of prototype

6. Prototype testing

7. Conclusions from prototype testing  (Discussion with the customer – suggestions)

8. Changes of design if nesessary

9. Prototype testing – short cycle to evalute changes

8. Production of the first series

(End of the cycle - 2-3 months)

Precision machining (3-5 axis miling, turning)

Machining of special materials and alloys (Titanium, Tungsten, Nickel, Superalloys, Aluminium alloys)
